International Campus Recruiting Senior Coordinator

At Boston Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Campus Recruiting Senior Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our International Campus Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong international presence at core Spanish MBA schools, including IESE Barcelona, ESADE, and IE.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead international recruiting, marketing, and relation management efforts for international campaigns
- Plan and schedule all IESE, ESADE, and IE recruiting activities, from marketing events to screening, interviewing, and selling
- Coordinate 6 recruiting campaigns per year for BCG's worldwide offices
- Design and elaborate e-marketing campaigns and promotional material
- Manage and develop relationships with School's Career Services team and other international campus career services teams
- Organize welcome and debriefing events, updates, and dinner sessions for BCG alumni on campus
- Track the status of BCG application files and help BCGers wishing to apply to campuses with applications
- Manage relationship with alumni on campus and regularly interact with them to learn about trends unfolding on campus and competitors' activities
- Prepare the annual IESE, ESADE, and IE budget and track related costs
- 2-4+ years of campus recruitment experience, ideally within BCG
- Fluency in English (Proficient at least) compulsory
- Spanish (Advanced level at least) is a significant plus
- Advanced level of Italian will be valued (considering the future expansion of the team's current portfolio)
- Ability to manage and build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
- Experience building internal network with senior leaders and advising senior stakeholders as subject matter expert
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities through strong project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization
