Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Subchapter Lead to join our Product Development Quality Leadership team. As the Subchapter Lead, you will be responsible for positioning Product Development Quality as a key partner to R&D to deliver product development excellence.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
    • MBA or advanced degree is considered an advantage
  • Professional Experience
    • + 8 years experience in the diagnostic industry or a related field in business-related function
  • Specialist Knowledge
    • Strong business and financial acumen with an enterprise mindset
  • Leadership Skills
    • Building and providing effective line-leadership for a global team
    • Consistent with the Roche Values and leadership capabilities
