Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Risk Governance professional to lead our Pharmacovigilance Risk Management team. As the Head of Risk Governance, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust risk governance framework across our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk governance framework, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead a team of Risk Management professionals in the development and implementation of risk management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of our Pharmacovigilance system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on risk management and governance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory requirements and industry trends, ensuring our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • PharmD, MSc degree in life sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly pharmacovigilance, with advanced knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations.
  • At least 2 years of leadership/project management experience.
  • Quality assurance experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and ability to operate effectively in an international, matrix environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
