About the Role

**Digital Risk Control Expert**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Risk Control Expert. As a key member of our Security Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of first-line digital technology operations risk and control activities within the reinsurance domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification, mitigation, and monitoring of IT risks and controls
  • Collaborate with digital technology teams to automate and measure performance
  • Embed controls into operational procedures to ensure continuous improvement
  • Build operational transparency through continuous monitoring and assessment of controls
  • Contribute to the implementation of the digital risk framework as a trusted digital risk partner for the reinsurance industry
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, or operational risk management
  • General understanding of Risk Management Frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 31000, or COSO ERM
  • Ability to maintain a strong collaborative network within the business domains
  • Effective communication skills with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, result-oriented approach, and composure under pressure
  • Passion for digital risk management as an enabler of business performance
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English as the working language
Nice to Have
  • CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or similar qualifications
  • Industry knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and modern technology solutions
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps
  • Strong knowledge of access management controls and tools
