Job Title: Licenses Marketing Coordinator

The Licenses Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the activation of our Group Licenses, working closely with the AWWG Retail & WHS department to drive marketing efforts and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the marketing calendar for 11 licenses, aligning with PJ, Hackett, and Faconnable GTM strategies.
  • Schedule and manage the production and delivery of marketing actions to ensure partner participation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement licenses campaigns, product images, PR, and social media activation.
  • Ensure consistency across licenses and AWWG's marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and follow up on main campaigns, including rights, desires, layouts, budget, and invoices.
  • Ensure licenses spend their marketing budget on activities that increase sell-out.
  • Represent AWWG brands in the best way possible at Trade Shows, POS, and social media communication to guarantee visibility of licenses products on e-com, DTC, Newsletter, and Social media.
  • Validate licenses with the graphic team on packaging and labeling, following AWWG brand guidelines.
  • Monitor partner performance to ensure alignment with forecast and business plan.

Requirements:
