Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced O2C Team Lead to join our Continental European Order to Cash team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing the daily workload and tasks of the team, monitoring team performance, and maintaining strong relationships with O2C teams. You will also lead the team through the implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices, and ensure that the team is properly trained to perform their tasks at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize the daily workload and tasks of the team to ensure roles and responsibilities are executed in line with SLA's, client requirements, and business priorities.
  • Monitor team performance with regards to deadlines and quality of invoice processing.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the different O2C teams the team is supporting.
  • Lead the team through the implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure the team is properly trained to perform their tasks at a high level.
  • Manage people management and HR topics in the team.
  • Internal/External Audit Support.
  • Identify and support Automation potential and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in an O2C environment.
  • Strong sense of organization, diligent with attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to oversee, motivate, and manage people in a transactional environment.
