Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main client point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring timely and effective support and engagement.
- Build and retain strong relationships with investigator sites, providing proactive support and issue resolution.
- Contribute to country and site selection activities, providing local intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure site-level recruitment and operational success, with a focus on quality and patient safety.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Scientific or technical degree in the healthcare area, with extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience and/or quality management experience, with a strong emphasis on monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, with a focus on quality and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, troubleshoot, and influence for delivery.
- Ability to travel regularly within country and region (3-5 visits per month).
