About the Role

Parexel FSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Care Partner to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Site Care Partner team, you will be responsible for building and retaining investigator site relationships, providing support from site recommendation through the lifecycle of studies, and ensuring the quality and patient safety at the investigator site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main client point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring that sites receive necessary support and engagement, issues are resolved, and the client's reputation is upheld throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Contribute to country and site selection activities by proactively collaborating with key stakeholders and providing local intelligence to country outreach surveys, investigator strategies, and client pipeline opportunities under supervision.
  • Oversee site level recruitment and operational success, safeguarding the quality and patient safety at the investigator site.
Requirements
  • A scientific or technical degree in the healthcare area is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research, quality management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on monitoring.
  • Skills in more than one language are an advantage in this role, with English being required.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee a 3rd party and/or demonstrated ability in Quality Assurance (preferred).
  • Site Management/Monitoring (CRA) experience is necessary, with project management experience in the clinical development area being preferred.
  • Ability to lead, troubleshoot, and influence for delivery.
