The Payment Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of payment-related activities for our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payments are processed in accordance with documented costs.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, and accounts payable teams to ensure seamless payment processing.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with site staff, IMS Leadership, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure timely updates on site and study status.
- Ensure all study documents are archived in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Support quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal reviews, and prepare documentation for actionable issues.
- Work with sponsor systems and applications as required by the project.
- Associate's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Ability to manage time and work independently.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel if necessary.
- High level of competence in English language.
