Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to analyze data sets, identify trends, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction and Cleaning: Extract data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools, and clean and correct corrupted data and coding errors.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain databases and data systems, and analyze data to assess quality and derive meaningful insights.
- Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools to identify patterns and trends, and assign numerical values to business functions for performance assessment.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze local and global trends impacting the organization and industry, and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting trends and predictions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and management to improve processes and data governance, and conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and summarize data features.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of data extraction, cleaning, and analysis techniques, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
