Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Sme Commodities Inc.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to the Operations Manager in the monitoring of plant operations, including off-season repairs, and will be responsible for developing and assisting in monitoring strategic plans, projects, and other systems.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and consolidate various operation reports, including mill weekly operations reports, distillery weekly operations reports, and daily operations reports.
- Prepare inputs for the creation of templates of process flows and material balances, and update these from time to time.
- Design and perform data computations, review technical plans and drawings, and file and safekeep operations drawings and plans.
- Prepare operations and project meeting materials, take minutes of meetings, and distribute these to involved parties.
- Take an active part in production planning, process discussion, project conception, and problem-solving activities.
- Coordinate with other sections on reports, data, and other requirements or concerns.
- Take minutes of the weekly operations meeting, properly organize and safekeep office records, documents, and materials.
- Prepare Operations Manuals, including work procedures and instructions, and trouble-shooting guides.
- Prepare Purchase Requests and other request documents for the approval of the Operations Manager.
- Assist in providing technical support for new projects, expansion, and other productivity improvement projects.
- Ensure proper sanitation and good housekeeping is maintained within the work area at all times.
