Job Summary

The Logistics Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. This position is responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient use of incoming materials
  • Coordinate with production managers and warehouse supervisors to ensure accurate order processing
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability and price changes
  • Assist in implementing new technology or changes to improve warehouse efficiency
  • Ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare purchase orders for inventory items from vendors
  • Coordinate activities between internal departments and external clients or vendors
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Review bills of lading to ensure proper labeling
