Job Summary

The Logistics Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels to optimize product usage and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with production managers and warehouse supervisors to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability and pricing.
  • Assist in implementing new technologies and processes to improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Verify documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare purchase orders for inventory items.
  • Coordinate activities between internal departments and external clients or vendors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Review bills of lading to ensure proper labeling.
Requirements
