Project Manager for Dashboard Development

**Job Summary**

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the industrialization phase and series production start-up of Dashboard trims parts and systems. The successful candidate will ensure the best compromise between product, process, services, and design, in compliance with business processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify problem areas with the industrial team and coordinate with the project team to ensure issues are processed properly.
  • Monitor the application of decisions and technical modifications made by the project teams in the factory.
  • Ensure the layout of bodywork equipment components is in line with the project schedule.
  • Update hard points, problems, and issues identified in the plant and coordinate their treatment in Central.
  • Steer and ensure the technical convergence of Dashboard parts suppliers during the industrialization phase.
  • Validate product feasibility and design success with the support of the central business line.
  • Guarantee that parts are developed in accordance with the CdC and business standards and propose optimizations.
  • Provide technical support and leadership to the GFE51 (problem solving) during the industrialization phase.

Requirements:

  • Technical bachelor degree.
  • Experience on a similar position.
  • Expertise in product design and automotive processes, including digital modeling and knowledge of vehicle assembly processes.
  • Experience on Dashboard components.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Organized person, attentive to details.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English and/or French.
