Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex information technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management, technology operations, and general management skills to drive our business and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and set clear goals and objectives.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Create detailed schedules and methodologies for tracking and measuring project progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to ensure project alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning individual responsibilities based on expertise and project needs.
  • Prepare and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and conduct meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products.
  • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
