Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects and programs related to linguistic validation and translation. The successful candidate will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with standard operating procedures, policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and present project information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide input into project proposals and RFPs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a translation or linguistic validation environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
