Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Area Supervisor to join our team at Pestana Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality in our restaurants, banquets, bars, and room service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Area Management: Supervise and coordinate the service teams in the areas under your responsibility, ensuring seamless execution of events and daily operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional service standards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Verify daily occurrences, performances, and conditions to ensure the best response capacity of your teams and quick resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Resource Optimization: Adjust and optimize team and material resources to meet the demands of planned events.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Competencies: Proficiency in restaurant service, HACCP, customer service, and F&B software (Micros).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
