Italian Sales Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Sales professional to join our team in Barcelona.
About the Role:
- As an Italian Sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential advertisers and persuading them to incorporate our marketing products into their strategies.
- You will make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services, create and maintain customer databases, and consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones.
- Additionally, you will record call history, ensure customer follow-up, and monitor competitors' products to create effective selling strategies.
Requirements:
- Native level of Italian with fluent English.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with CRM systems and strong business communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong business acumen and customer focus.
