Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and meticulously oversee scientific publications and communications, ensuring impeccable execution while adhering to established timelines and financial parameters.
- Address project management challenges with professionalism, proactively managing any activities that fall outside the agreed scope.
- Uphold rigorous compliance with quality standards and protocols to deliver exceptional outputs.
- Act as the primary liaison for projects, showcasing proven leadership abilities and outstanding communication skills.
- Initiate and participate in process enhancement initiatives, setting ambitious objectives for the team.
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
- Possess significant and demonstrable experience (5+ years) in scientific publication writing, ideally within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Exhibit strong scientific writing, project management, and technical skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline or an equivalent relevant qualification; experience in the field will also be taken into account. Preference will be given to candidates with an advanced degree.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of pertinent medical specialty areas.
- Additional credentials such as AMWA, EMWA, or RAC training, or CMPP certification would be beneficial.

- Exhibit exceptional command of written English, ensuring clarity and precision in communication.
