As a Consultant at FTI Delta, you will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative working environment where our experienced professionals will mentor you in the journey to identify challenges, perform in-depth analysis, and generate insights that shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant in FTI Delta, you will be an integral part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Identification and structuring of complex business issues.
  2. Autonomously conducting accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals.
  3. Generating insightful analyses showcasing advanced business modeling skills.
  4. Synthesizing and presenting findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format.
  5. Managing project modules with guidance from senior team members.
  6. Prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
  7. Communicating project statuses and delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines.
  8. Implementing feedback to address areas of improvement.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  1. A strong academic background, currently pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation in 2025.
  2. Undergraduate degree major(s) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  3. 2-3 years' previous experience in a highly demanding position with a proven successful career track record.
  4. Basic knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media, Technology, and/or Public Sector.
  5. Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).

We also prefer candidates with:

  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and structured.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and add value in an international environment.
  4. A team player, who can work in a truly diverse setting, possessing cultural awareness.
  5. Extensive experience with Financial Modeling, Valuations, and/or Due Diligence.
  6. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment.
