About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Solutions Product Manager to join our team at Grifols Movaco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our healthcare solutions, working closely with our sales team and direction to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team: Prepare, validate, and transmit commercial sales arguments, ensuring their correct and homogeneous implementation.
  • Create and Develop Local Marketing Plans: Generate local marketing plans, coordinate and follow-up on strategies and complaints, as well as special pricing requests to vendors.
  • Identify and Evaluate Contacts of Interest: Identify, evaluate, and participate in contacts of interest with clinical specialists.
  • Participate in Technical Design and Content Control: Participate in the technical design and content control of commercial support materials, such as brochures, promotional materials, and stands.
  • Training and Education: Organize, coordinate, and participate in external scientific, clinical, or informative events to stay updated on new developments and trends.
  • Market Studies and Analysis: Interpret, carry out, and analyze market studies for the knowledge of products, customers, and competition.
  • Local Products Launches: Generate appropriate materials and develop a plan, strategy, and marketing approach for local product launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Scientific Roles within the Healthcare Industry
  • High Level of English (Minimum B2)
  • Microsoft Office Tools User
  • Self-Starter with Strong Work Ethic and Analytical Skills
