Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key needs and requirements
  • Manage application screenings and interviews
  • Oversee the offer process
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the selection process
  • Advertise job openings in line with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
