Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our product marketing strategy and lead the sales enablement, portfolio architecture, and go-to-market initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with our growth goals and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, science, strategy, sales, partnerships, and customer success, to influence product roadmap and launch cadence.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and guide execution against marketing plans.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide marketing reporting and insights to leadership teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Marketing Management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in climate, insurance, or tech.
  • Ability to understand complex scientific and technical products and develop human-centric marketing strategies.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach with experience in sales enablement and project management.
  • Proven track-record in Go-to-Market Strategy and launch readiness.
  • Strong empathy for customers and user-centric mindset with experience in collecting and utilizing customer feedback.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with a thought leadership perspective.
