About the Role

As a seasoned Solution Architect at SD Worx, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the implementation of intricate software solutions that drive business value. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning technology with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.
  • Develop and document comprehensive plans to achieve desired outcomes, balancing competing interests and trade-offs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software engineering and design architecture, with a focus on finance solutions.
