**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Grid Engineering Manager to lead our technical efforts in the Grid area for offshore projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Solution Engineering Projects and providing technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform grid requirements analysis to evaluate Siemens Gamesa's technical compliance to requirements framed in the Grid area.
- Provide technical sales support to customers and Transmission Authorities during the sales phase, including discussing technical requirements and providing contract requirements.
- Lead project management efforts during the execution phase, ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation, digital models, and specialized technical support.
- Collaborate with Park Control specialists to provide high-level technical support and guidance.
- Engage in highly specialized technical discussions with Siemens Gamesa Technology and Product Portfolio Management departments to identify solutions for current needs and future developments.
- Conduct studies in the domains of Steady State, Dynamics, and Transient, including revision and performance of technical documentation.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in electrical power engineering, preferably combined with experience from the wind turbine business and/or grid developer/grid operator industries.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong technical background may also be considered.
- Experience with simulation tools such as PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, PSS/E, DIgSILENT Power Factory, or others similar.
- Self-driven, extrovert, analytical, and able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
