About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business technology needs
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software and technology
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Krakow area
What We Offer
  • Base salary of 11,000 PLN (~2,350 EUR) gross, plus quarterly performance-based commission
  • Generous relocation package of 2,000 PLN net
