Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy statistical/machine learning models to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with process owners, product owners, and business users to understand business needs and develop solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work with data engineers to ensure data access and preparation for model usage.
- Partner with ML engineers to industrialize models and improve efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models.
- Set metrics to evaluate analytics solutions.
- Refine requirements into modeling problems.
- Influence product teams through data-based recommendations.
- Research new methodologies and techniques.
- Generate reusable packages or libraries.
- Create documentation for insights and knowledge transfer.
- Experience in building solutions in the FP&A space.
- Statistical/ML techniques to solve forecasting, supervised, and unsupervised problems.
- ETL and/or data wrangling techniques.
- Fluent in SQL syntax.
- Experience in time series forecasting using ML is a plus.
- Developing business problem-related statistical/ML modeling with industry tools, with primary focus on Python development.
- Deploying analytics into production using Azure or Databricks environments is a plus.
- Working in a team to deliver production-level solutions.
- Fluent in git (version control).
- Business storytelling and communicating data insights in business consumable format.
- Agile methodology for teamwork and analytics 'product' creation.
