About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Intergage. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted consultant to onboard customers and provide expert advice on campaign development.
  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and goals.
  • Take ownership of increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability through data-driven insights.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone calls to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English (B2).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify relevant information.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
