Project Delivery Director, MongoDB

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Project Management/Delivery Excellence to join our MongoDB Professional Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of projects in the EMEA region, focusing on customer success and business growth.
- Team Development: Define and establish principles for continuous professional development of project managers, building a team of high-performing professionals.
- Talent Acquisition: Maintain a robust recruiting pipeline, attracting top talent to support excellence and rapid growth.
- Culture and Values: Promote and demonstrate a culture of trust and excellence, cultivating the breadth and depth of our MongoDB values.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and making required improvements.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Ten years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management.
- Effective organizational & interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and counsel direct reports, being individual contributors as well as 1st line managers.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business owners to determine their needs for addressing their growth and potential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations focused on increasing customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop effective stakeholder relationships.
- Considerable experience with relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivity.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale customers, project management methodologies and deployment/operational considerations.
- At ease operating in a dynamic, fast-growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ready to make yourself accountable.
