About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
  • Support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control, including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation.
  • Coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.
  • Responsible for coordination with Conversion Line Managers in order to deploy the quality plan for the conversion in order to comply with Quality KPI targets.
  • Supports Conversion on identifying any quality issues (Non-Conformities, Quality Complaints)
  • Collaborates in RCA and the corrective and preventative action plan.
  • Link with Consumer response teams and BU Quality.
  • Participates in trials of the section whenever quality presence is required.
  • Responsible for keeping updated part of the quality procedures.
  • Ensure proper training of procedures related to Conversion (Traceability, Net weight control, Non conformities, Hold & Release).
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience in food industry
  • Experience with statistical data
  • English fluent
  • I+D Experience
  • Integrated Lean Six Sigma experience very valuable
  • Continuous Improvement and Change Culture behavior
  • Good knowledge of ISO quality system and QCMS, very valuable
  • Problem-solving and project management, risk management skills
