Job Overview: As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage customers, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
  3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  5. Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the business.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and English (B2 level).
  2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer management.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
  4. Computer Skills: Good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  5. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions. Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
