En Izertis, estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Quality Assurance Manager para un destacado cliente en el sector de retail internacional, encargado de liderar los equipos de aseguramiento de calidad que garantizan la excelencia del software.
Descripción del puesto
Buscamos a un profesional entusiasta por la calidad del software, capaz de dirigir y coordinar la estrategia de pruebas de calidad en toda la organización, tanto dentro como fuera del equipo de aseguramiento de calidad.
¿Cuáles serán mis responsabilidades?
• Dirigir y coordinar la estrategia de aseguramiento de calidad en todos los equipos de la organización.
• Mantener y evolucionar la estrategia de calidad, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos empresariales y técnicos.
• Implementar mejores prácticas y estándares de calidad en toda la organización.
• Supervisar el progreso y la efectividad de la estrategia de calidad.
• Proporcionar informes regulares a la alta dirección sobre el estado de la calidad del software.
• Ofrecer formación y apoyo a los equipos de aseguramiento de calidad y al resto de la organización sobre herramientas y prácticas de calidad.
• Colaborar con otros equipos para asegurar una implementación uniforme de las prácticas de calidad.
• Ser responsable del bienestar del equipo, fomentar una cultura de mejora continua y velar por el desarrollo de los miembros del equipo.
• Definir la estructura de los equipos de aseguramiento de calidad, liderar los procesos de selección e integración.
Requisitos
Nuestro/a candidato/a ideal cuenta con:
Más de 5 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad especializado en backend, con al menos 3 años en un rol de liderazgo. Experiencia previa como desarrollador/a, preferiblemente en el desarrollo y diseño de sistemas distribuidos y escalables. Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de pruebas de software y herramientas de aseguramiento de calidad, así como de buenas prácticas en ingeniería de software a lo largo de todo el ciclo de desarrollo: estándares de codificación, revisiones de código, CI/CD y operación de servicios en producción. Pasión por el desarrollo del talento y el crecimiento de los miembros del equipo. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades.¿Qué ofrecemos?
