**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to collaborate in the design, planning, coordination, and control of the execution of engineering projects for our company's facilities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design, plan, coordinate, and control the execution of complex engineering projects.
  • Execute civil works projects, utilities, HVAC, clean rooms, electricity, firefighting, and energies.
  • Hold meetings with clients to define and unify criteria and requirements that delimit the scope of the projects.
  • Negotiate offers with suppliers, manage contracts and orders.
  • Coordinate construction teams, both subcontracted and internal.
  • Monitor construction and installations.
  • Perform calculations and sizing of installations.
  • Supervise and control the quality, budget, and scheduling of the projects.
  • Write reports, manuals, and technical engineering documents.
  • Request, analyze, and file all necessary documentation from the project stakeholders.
  • Identify, calculate, and update all parameters related to the prepared reports.
  • Create technical reports to specify the parameters and functional tests of the developed facilities.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Significant experience in the execution and supervision of construction or remodeling projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be valued.
  • Advanced level of English (C1.1).
  • Availability to travel occasionally, depending on the project.
