Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and process automation, along with strong communication skills, effective task and time management abilities, and a proven history of delivering cross-functional projects with remote and diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the delivery of assigned Technical Programs.
- Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of Technical Programs and Projects.
- Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and support the definition of problem statements that translate into development initiatives aimed at achieving desired business outcomes.
- Provide project status updates internally and externally, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Actively contribute to the methodologies, processes, and procedures utilized within the team.
About the Team: Our team ensures that machine-generated data leads to automated, effective corrective, proactive, and predictive maintenance actions by enhancing and integrating core RME software tools into a unified Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP). We build technology and services tailored to meet the needs of our organization, offering our customers a platform to access essential tools and applications for local RME teams across various global regions.
Collaboration: We work at a global level with software, sustainability, and maintenance teams, delivering solutions at scale.
Qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.
- Proficiency in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Knowledge in the Industrial Automation Engineering domain or Control System Engineering, with a proven track record in delivering industrial automation solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical program management, directly collaborating with software engineering teams.
