Project Engineer - Capital Expenditure Specialist

Are you a seasoned project engineer with experience in the industrial composite materials sector? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Randstad Es as a Project Engineer - Capital Expenditure Specialist.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for scoping, estimating, and executing capital expenditure projects of varying complexities. You will work closely with the Project Manager to manage capital projects, including scoping and estimating, authoring capital expenditure requests, and leading multi-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage capital projects, including scoping, estimating, and executing
  • Lead multi-functional project teams, providing cost and schedule control, identifying required resources, and coordinating between all affected parties
  • Work with site personnel to execute projects efficiently and effectively with minimal impact to existing operations
  • Coordinate with local technical and operational teams to ensure key project and site objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and performance, communicate project status with senior employees and project stakeholders, and develop and deliver formal presentations to management as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the industrial composite materials sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment
