Vueling Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Airframe Configuration Control Specialist to join our CAMO Engineering department. As a subject matter expert, you will provide airframe components engineering support for the A320 fleet.
Main Responsibilities- Focal point for Materials issues at engineering level and projects, bridging the gap between the Engineering team and the Supply Chain team.
- Support on AMOS materials issues for Engineering and Supply Chain team.
- Control of the aircraft configuration in AMOS.
- Ensure the airworthiness of components and consumables.
- Provide specialist technical support for line/base maintenance activity and AOG recovery to reduce ground time and improve aircraft availability.
- Configuration control for structural and systems components to maintain fleet standardization.
- Drive business improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and efficiency.
- Assist with AMOS data migration of ex-factory and second-hand aircraft.
- Engineering Degree or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer certification.
- At least 3 years of previous experience as an engineer role within a CAMO/Part 145 department.
- Experience in Supply Chain materials management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High resolution & resolutive skills.
- High motivation, proactivity, and initiative skills.
- English: C1.
- Spanish: C1.
