Estamos en búsqueda de un perfil de Legal Support Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo en el departamento legal.
Responsabilidades
La persona seleccionada será responsable de proporcionar apoyo administrativo al departamento legal en sus actividades diarias, que incluyen:
- Gestión de documentos y archivo de contratos (arrendamientos, obras, servicios, entre otros).
- Presentación de documentos ante las autoridades competentes, tanto de manera telemática como presencial.
- Asistencia en la redacción de documentos dirigidos a oficinas de consumo.
- Colaboración en la gestión de requerimientos y oficios de las autoridades.
- Apoyo a la secretaria del consejo de administración.
- Interacción con notarias y registros.
- Control de expedientes legales.
- Gestión de plazos y agendas de los diferentes casos.
- Elaboración de documentos y presentaciones.
Requisitos Mínimos
El candidato ideal debe poseer:
- Experiencia previa como asistente legal o administrativo (mínimo 2-3 años) en despachos de abogados o en áreas de back office (financiero, laboral y/o legal).
- Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office.
- Una actitud proactiva, organizada y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, con habilidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico.
