ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Developer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and deploying digital content
- Gathering user behavioral analytics
- Designing user experiences that drive adoption and efficiency
- Owning every aspect of digital user experience
- Creating and maintaining digital content and experiences for ComHub tools
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Regular monthly releases, content updates, and insights analysis to sustain ongoing digital implementations
- Expanding the use of digital solutions across ComHub tools
- Identifying process automation opportunities
- Improving user experience based on customer feedback
- Providing dashboards and reporting for all digital levels
- Demonstrating ROI to leadership
- Reporting trend data for constant improvement
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Digital solutions development certification
- User experience design expertise
- Insights understanding
