  3. Track Record of Achievement: Have a solid track record of achievement, including success in a top-tier company, delivering quantifiable business impact, and quickly assuming responsibilities or winning competitive awards.
  4. Analytical Skills: Be able to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps and have a strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
