Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Sheetgo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining strong relationships with banks, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transaction Management: Utilize platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting systems to manage financial transactions.
- Banking Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on SaaS metrics experience.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Google Sheets for data analysis and financial reporting.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment and contribute to financial strategy.
- Financial Insights: Provide insights for financial decision-making and optimize financial operations.
- Finance and Accounting Experience: Proven experience working with finance and accounting platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Google Sheets Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets is a must.
- Banking Relationships: Proven experience in maintaining banking relationships.
- Financial Reporting: Ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Startup Environment: Comfortable working in a startup environment and willing to handle a wide range of tasks.
- Self-Starter: A self-starter who is motivated by stock options and flexible incentives.
- SaaS Metrics Experience: SaaS metrics experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish & English is a must.
