Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager, Cyber Security Solutions to join our team at Fortinet. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and directing a team of Specialized Systems Engineers to drive enterprise-wide deployments of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Specialized Systems Engineers to support Business Development Managers, Sales Engineers, and Account Teams.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to define vertical strategies and align resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Create tools, processes, and materials to generate new pipeline opportunities across all verticals.
  • Compare competitive solutions with ours and develop positioning communications.
  • Address future market demands and high-potential growth engines proactively.
  • Understand key client challenges and develop solutions to address them.
  • Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls and educate customers on features, specifications, and functionality.
  • Work closely with Systems Engineers, Business Development Managers, and Account Managers to maximize business focus and quality.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Travel within assigned territories as required.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineering manager.
  • Deep knowledge of industry cyber security market trends, including Mesh, SASE, and ZTNA.
  • Ability to map cyber security solutions to customer business requirements.
  • Strong combination of management, technical, and business skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills to C-Level and individual contributors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Good network of Enterprise C-level contacts in the region.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker with the ability to move complex projects through the selling cycle.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in network security industry, MBA preferred.
