Logistic Technician

Ajamosolutions es una empresa multinacional con sede en Valencia y filiales en Kenia, China y Rusia. Buscamos incorporar a un profesional experimentado en el sector logístico para unirse a nuestro equipo en nuestras oficinas centrales en Valencia.

Funciones clave:
  • Realizar la recepción de pedidos a través de clientes directos y/o comerciales e introducirlos en nuestro software de gestión interna (X3).
  • Realizar comunicaciones con clientes por correo electrónico cuando esté la fecha programada de carga y coordinar la resolución de posibles incidencias.
  • Realizar la recepción de pedidos internacionales del Export Area Manager (EAM) y preparar en Excel la proforma con todos los detalles.
  • Enviar la proforma al cliente (o EAM) para su aprobación y realizar propuestas de adaptación del pedido para optimizar el volumen/transporte.
  • Gestionar el contacto con transportistas por correo electrónico para pedir presupuesto y seleccionar la mejor opción.
  • Preparar toda la documentación asociada a la carga.
  • Coordinar pedidos de venta directa: introducir datos en X3, crear el pedido de compras en X3, enviar la documentación requerida por el cliente y resolver posibles incidencias.
  • Realizar soporte administrativo comercial.

Requisitos:
  • Experiencia previa en el sector logístico.
  • Nivel C1 de ruso y español o inglés C1.
