Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations and Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Superl Philippines, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective employee relations and public relations strategies to promote a positive company image and foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement employee relations and public relations programs, including the creation of a calendar of activities and budget planning for major company events.
  • Administer employee opinion surveys and analyze results to determine employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence through the company's Facebook account and other webpages, including creating engaging content and responding to comments and messages.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by the Senior Vice President and other company executives.
Requirements
  • College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in the fashion bag industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applicable software tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to direct and supervise effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
