About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our company's financial planning and analysis strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operations and finance stakeholders
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present business cases to senior leaders, providing insights and ad-hoc analysis
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Owning the Budget/Forecast process for the operations streams

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills; an additional European language is a plus
  • Degree in business administration, finance, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders on different levels
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
