About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Optimization Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our worldwide team, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT transformation for fast-growing companies.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your business and technical expertise to help customers unlock the full potential of the cloud. You will work closely with customers to identify optimization opportunities and develop tailored plans to streamline cloud utilization and reduce costs.

As a Cloud Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing data-driven recommendations to customers on cloud cost management and optimization
  • Collaborating with customers to develop and implement cloud optimization strategies
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Sharing insights and best practices with the wider worldwide team to drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Empowering clients with AWS tools for effective cloud and IT spend management
  • Assessing reporting needs, establishing KPIs, and managing strategic requests to ensure continuous progress in customer transformation
  • Driving measurable financial success and helping customers unlock the full potential of the cloud
Requirements

To thrive in this fast-paced role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the technology or cloud services industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • French language skills - speaking and writing
