Architectural Building Specialist for LNG Projects

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Building Specialist to join our team at Trs Staffing Solutions. As an Architectural Building Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of LNG projects in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Review and Coordination: Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, HVAC, etc.) to ensure architectural aspects are integrated seamlessly.
- Quality Control: Verify that design and materials meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Construction Supervision: Regularly inspect construction activities related to architectural elements, ensuring they are in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure the EPC contractors comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental laws.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve design and construction issues that arise, providing technical support and guidance to contractors.
- Project Management Support: Track the progress of architectural work against the project schedule, identifying potential delays and working with the EPC contractor to mitigate them.
- Resource Management: Monitor the allocation of resources, including materials and manpower, to ensure efficient use and avoid delays.
- Claims and Change Management Control: Review and approval/rejection of EPC Contractor claims and variations.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes, including inspections and testing of architectural components.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of inspections, tests, and any modifications or deviations from the original design.
- Communication and Reporting: Act as a liaison between the owner, EPC contractor, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Regulatory Compliance and Permitting: Support the acquisition of necessary permits and ensure all architectural works comply with local and national building codes and regulations.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in architectural building design and construction, with experience in LNG projects. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
