We are seeking a new member to assist the HR Administration & Payroll Team for Spain, UK, and Ireland at Agilent Technologies in our Barcelona office, contributing to one of the foremost companies in the Life Science sector.

As part of the European HR Services Team , you will be involved in payroll and HR administrative functions across 15 different nations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage payroll and administrative tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland.
  • Coordinate with a payroll service provider to ensure precise and timely payroll processing.
  • Address HR and Payroll inquiries from employees and management.
  • Prepare and uphold essential HR documentation, including contracts, payroll records, training materials, and audits.
  • Engage in local or global initiatives that necessitate HR services expertise.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes to enhance our diverse team:

  • Proven experience in managing Payroll and HR Administration for Spain, UK, and Ireland.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong commitment and effective time management skills to adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

In your daily responsibilities, you will engage in various tasks and interact with both internal and external stakeholders, necessitating excellent interpersonal skills.

We seek a team member with a keen eye for detail, as accuracy is crucial in handling numerous administrative tasks.
