- Sales Process Implementation: Ensure that sales processes are implemented and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tender Support: Provide support during the tender process, including assisting with customer communication and commercial and technical interactions.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Customer Communication: Assist with customer communication, including responding to queries and concerns.
- Project Status Updates: Maintain up-to-date project status and issue lists.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external systems.
- Task Management: Perform tasks required by the Sales Manager for successful project achievement.
- Issue Tracking: Track project changes and updated schedules.
- Travel Management: Manage travels according to company rules.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a Sales Management Office or similar role with proven successful records of assisting or coordinating multiple projects/customers of varying sizes in parallel.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the automotive, preferably the e-Bus market.
- Language Skills: Strong and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Spanish.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BBA, or the like.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in similar B2B sectors.
- Language Skills: Portuguese language skills would be appreciated.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with High Tech Start-up / Electric Vehicles / Alternative Energy / Batteries.
- International Team Experience: Demonstrated experience in working with an international team.
