We're seeking a talented and innovative marketing professional to join our team at nVent. As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in advancing our success by driving market growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and execute market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Test and Measurement landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our solutions.
  • Communicate our value proposition and differentiate our solutions from competitors.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications to execute a successful content strategy.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • A strong academic background in business administration, marketing, or industrial engineering and management.
  • Previous experience in marketing management, product marketing, or product management.
  • Excellent strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
  • Proficiency in leading cross-functional and multi-regional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for domestic and international assignments.
