About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business One Activation Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our ecosystem, you will play a critical role in fostering our community of partners and ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to our partners, ensuring they have the latest product information, SAP events, and key benefits within the SAP PartnerEdge program.
  • Help partners maximize the value of their partnership and navigate within SAP internally.
  • Manage proactive services and targeted campaigns at scale, leveraging digital tools to engage with our community.
  • Act as a liaison between internal SAP stakeholders, Business One technical support teams, and partners.
  • Foster a sense of community among our partners and ensure they feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in support, marketing, sales, or Partner Management roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Advanced English required, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work independently, learn, and adapt quickly.
